压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)陶瓷(ci)是一种人(ren)工(gong)焙(bei)烧制造的(de)(de)可(ke)应用于多领(ling)域(yu)的(de)(de)多晶材(cai)(cai)料(liao),是能够将机械能和电(dian)(dian)(dian)能互(hu)相转(zhuan)换的(de)(de)信(xin)息(xi)功能陶瓷(ci)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)。通过(guo)外加电(dian)(dian)(dian)场(chang)和外部(bu)施加压(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)作用,使材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)外部(bu)弹性形变和内部(bu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)极(ji)化发生相互(hu)转(zhuan)换,称为电(dian)(dian)(dian)致(zhi)伸(shen)缩效应。烧结而成的(de)(de)铁电(dian)(dian)(dian)体通过(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)场(chang)的(de)(de)极(ji)化处(chu)理,让杂(za)乱的(de)(de)内部(bu)极(ji)化现(xian)象(xiang)变得规律(lv)有序,产生压(ya)(ya)电(dian)(dian)(dian)特性。
什么是压电效应?
压电(dian)(dian)(dian)效应,压电(dian)(dian)(dian)陶(tao)瓷(ci)除具有(you)压电(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)外, 还具有(you)介电(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)、弹性(xing)等, 已被广(guang)泛(fan)应用(yong)于医学(xue)成像、声传感器(qi)、声换能(neng)器(qi)、超声马达等。压电(dian)(dian)(dian)陶(tao)瓷(ci)利用(yong)其(qi)材料(liao)在(zai)机(ji)械应力作用(yong)下,引起内(nei)部正负电(dian)(dian)(dian)荷中心相(xiang)对(dui)位移而(er)发生极化(hua),导致材料(liao)两端表面出现符(fu)号相(xiang)反的束缚(fu)电(dian)(dian)(dian)荷即压电(dian)(dian)(dian)效应而(er)制作,具有(you)敏感的特性(xing)。
超声波换能器是什么?
超(chao)声波(bo)换能(neng)器的功(gong)能(neng)是将输入的电功(gong)率转换成机械功(gong)率(即超(chao)声波(bo))再传递出去(qu),而自(zi)身消耗很少(shao)的一部分功(gong)率。
